Buttocks augmentation
Surgical techniques that improve the contour and the gluteal volume combine the following
interventions:
- Liposuction and Fat Injection: true transplant of your own fat cells, helps restore volume to the buttocks and give a natural look.
- Buttocks implants.
* Buttock augmentation by fat injection (Lipofilling)
Developed in Brazil, this technique is well known to reshape areas of the body (liposuction). To increase the volume of the buttocks, it takes larger amounts of fat and a rigorous technique for fat, so that not will be destroyed quickly.
The intervention:
The operation is usually performed under local anesthesia and sedation.
The response time is about two hours. Hospitalization for an increase buttocks is normally overnight.
The fat is first drawn by liposuction of the abdomen, hips or saddlebags.
The surgeon uses a special cannula (fine which sucks only ideal tiny particles, which have the greatest chance of living). This fat is suctioned with a low suction to avoid damaging the fat, which is a very slow and meticulous process.
Postoperative care :
Wearing a jacket during one month will be required to finish plump buttocks.
The sutures should be removed one week after surgery.
* Buttocks implants (prosthesis)
The gluteus implant surgery is a surgical procedure providing a more pronounced curvature of the buttocks in order to obtain a female figure.
Buttock implants are soft, but much stronger than breast implants.
In cosmetic surgery, it is important to discuss with your surgeon the desired size. This will advise you a volume implant adapted to your morphology.
The average volume of butt implants is 250 to 350 g.
The intervention:
The anesthesia is general.
Hospitalization for buttock augmentation is normally overnight.
The surgery takes about two hours.
The implant is inserted into the gluteus maximus with a vertical scar in the crease of the buttocks. Space is exactly adapted to the implant so they can not move. The implant is placed in the upper half only of the buttocks.
Postoperative care:
This procedure is sometimes painful, but prescription painkillers are now very effective.
The walk should be taken immediately after the intervention. The seating position is possible after 4 days. The sport will be resumed after a month.
