Tighs lift
The thigh lift is a procedure that is intended for people with skin and excess fat from the inner thighs. It is in this situation that performing a simple liposuction lead to a withered appearance and consistency of flaccid skin and integument.
The purpose of lifting or thigh cruroplasty is degreasing by liposuction the inner face of legs, and then put in tension the internal skin of the thigh root .
This procedure is most often associated with liposuction of the inner knees.
The intervention:
To achieve a thigh lift, two types of anesthesia are possible:
* a regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia type
* a general anesthesia.
The thigh lift or cruroplasty lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. Hospitalization for 24 to 48 hours is required.
The cruroplasty or thigh lift starts with a liposuction extended to the inner thigh.
Then a skin time excision (2 to 10 cm) is removed at the root of the thigh.
A re-skin tension or thigh lift up is now considered. The skin is suspended by numerous deep set points to muscle insertions of the inner thighs, then the skin is sutured in the natural groove of the upper thigh. Two suction drains are positioned.
The final scar thigh lift, hidden in the bikini, fine and very discreet, along the lateral edge of the pubic bone down into the natural groove between the labia majora and the upper part of the thigh and then lost back into the internal area crease under the buttocks.
Postoperative care:
After a thigh lift and despite the provision of scars, it is a moderately painful procedure.
The insides of the thighs can be tingling and strange sensations vanish spontaneously in 3-4 months.
The result:
The results of a thigh lift is acquired for 70% after surgery and residual swelling subsides over 3 months.
